One facility. Complete accountability.
Aquaken is produced at Masco Industries Limited’s facility in Nairobi, Kenya. Material grade, wall thickness, finish, colour consistency and packaging are all set and verified by our own team.
That control is what allows us to hold a consistent standard across 60+ products, run private label and co-branded production for partners, and take on custom moulds without handing quality off to someone else’s line.
100% virgin, food-grade polypropylene.
We do not blend in recycled or reprocessed material. Every product starts from virgin polypropylene sourced to food-grade standard, which is what gives Aquaken products their clarity of colour, structural strength and safety in daily contact with food and water.

Four stages.
Every product, every time.
We do not blend in recycled or reprocessed material. Every product starts from virgin polypropylene sourced to food-grade standard, which is what gives Aquaken products their clarity of colour, structural strength and safety in daily contact with food and water.
Material & Moulding
Premium virgin polypropylene is dried, dosed and fed into advanced injection moulding machinery. Tooling, cycle time and temperature are set per product to hold consistent wall thickness and dimensional accuracy from the first unit to the last.
Finishing & Inspection
Flash is trimmed, surfaces are finished and every batch is checked against our in-house standards for strength, fit, colour match and finish. Anything outside specification does not move forward.
Assembly & Packaging
Lids, seals, handles and multi-part items are assembled and fitted, then branded where required through IML, HTL, screen printing or DTF. Products are packed to protect them through transit and storage.
Delivered with Care
Orders are consolidated, documented and dispatched to distributors, institutional buyers and export partners across East and Central Africa, with export documentation handled for overseas shipments.
Checked in-house. At every stage.
Quality control is not a final inspection at the end of the line. Material, moulding, finishing and packaging are each checked against their own standards, so issues are caught where they happen rather than after a full run.
Incoming Material
Verified for grade, purity and batch consistency before production.
Process Moulding
Dimensional and weight checks through the run to catch drift early.
Finish & Colour
Every batch matched against the approved colour and finish standard.
Pre-Dispatch
Final check on assembly, count and packaging integrity before shipping.
Your brand, moulded with detail.
Branding is applied in-house as part of the production run, not added afterwards by a third party. Products across all six categories can be customised for co-branding.
Direct-to-Film Printing - DTF
Detailed, photographic-quality artwork for shorter runs and complex designs.
In-Mold Labeling - IML
Graphics fused into the product during moulding for a permanent, scratch-resistant finish.
Heat Transfer Labeling - HTL
High-detail transfers applied under heat for durable, full-colour branding.
Screen Printing
Direct printing for bold, single or multi-colour brand marks on curved and flat surfaces.
